For thirty years Kaditech has been the neighbor IT shop: firewalls, servers, backups, printers, the machine that will not boot on a Monday. SysAide held the tickets. People held the trust. That is the history. It is not a lab story first — it is service.
We are not replacing that work with a chatbot. We are integrating Starlight into the same practice: Help for the ticket, Thomas for the conversation, Fabric for the machine, billing still in human hands. Current clients are the first to receive it — the companies we already know.
